It’s been SO long since I posted a WIEIAD πŸ€—

Back on my meals and loving them! As someone who spent a long time planning and tracking meals, following a meal plan and not having to do those things makes it so much easierπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

I already feel so much better and can’t wait to see how I feel in a few more weeks ☺️

First Brick Session of Starting Line Program done βœ…

The velodrome felt a bit weird at first but I ended up really liking it. Good not to deal with traffic, red lights or hills πŸ˜…

That was my last Session of Week 5 so now I’m into Week 6, can’t believe there’s only 3 weeks to go!

Wellness for me is just the small things I do every day to feel my best 🀍

Starting with a high protein breakfast is a big one β€” it sets the tone for my day, keeps me full, and helps with energy. As women, getting enough protein is so important for things like muscle recovery, hormone health, and staying satisfied throughout the day. Using just makes it really easy to turn things like pancakes or oats into a high protein, high fibre meal πŸ₯ž

Movement is another non-negotiable for me. I walk every day, and recently got into triathlons β€” not competitively, just as something I enjoy and want to keep doing long-term πŸš΄πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸŠπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

On busy days, having high protein snacks ready to go makes such a difference, or just making small swaps to turn my favourite foods into something a bit more balanced 🍦

And just as important is making space for fun foods too. Food holds memories, and that’s something I never want to lose πŸ”πŸ©

Saw the T100 triathlon on the Gold Coast this weekend? 😳 Those long-distance races and the athletes that do them are incredible, but you don’t have to start there πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

I’m training through the free Starting Line program with for a local event in May β€” it’s a great way to ease in, especially if running isn’t your favourite. Triathlons come in all distances, and starting small is the best way to enjoy it.
