After a 12 month break, I’m stepping back into coaching answering the call from those seeking real guidance, experience and support.

From my home gym, I’ll be delivering personal training focused on:

With 30+ years of coaching experience, I’ve helped hundreds of clients build strength, confidence, muscle, performance and pass career physical tests right here in this space.

Some days we train to exhaustion.
We tick every box, smash the workout, eat clean in the kitchen, do everything right. And still… the results don’t show up straight away.

That’s where the real battle is.

Not in the gym.
Not on the plate.
But in the mind.

Progress doesn’t always show itself when we want it to. It shows up quietly in discipline, consistency, and the decision to turn up again when motivation fades.

So what do we do?

We keep showing up.
We trust the process.
We remember why we started. And we train the mind just as hard as the body.

Because results aren’t just what you see in the mirror, they’re built in moments like this, when quitting would be easier, but you don’t.

Stay patient. Stay hungry. Stay deadly!!!

The work is working, even when you can’t see it yet. ✊🏾🖤
