Your environment matters. Find a gym that fires you up, that makes you want to train. If walking through the doors feels like an obligation, itβs time to reassess. The right space will motivate you, challenge you, and keep you coming back.
Stay hungry. Be drawn to the workouts, the equipment, the energy. Let the people around you inspire you because we all need that push, even me.
