There was something so incredibly special about sharing a Thai Yoga Massage for pregnancy on Valentine’s Day 🤍
A mum choosing to gift herself self-care… to slow down, tune in, and prepare her body and mind for the arrival of her baby. What a beautiful act of love — not just for her little one, but for herself.
I absolutely adore how Thai Yoga Massage works with the flow of energy. It’s not just a treatment — it’s an exchange. A dance between one body and another. A rhythm of breath, gentle movement, stretching, compression, and loving kindness flowing back and forth.
This style of massage is always tailored to exactly where the mum is in her pregnancy journey. Today was all about preparing for birth — aligning the body, softly mobilising the hips and pelvis, releasing tension through the sacrum, and creating freedom of movement where it’s needed most. We also worked with supportive pressure points to encourage the body and gently support the natural induction process when baby and mum are ready.
There’s something so powerful about witnessing a woman soften, trust her body, and connect deeply with the life she’s growing.
It is always, always a pleasure working with mummas. What an honour to hold space in such a sacred season 🤍
