Prism Community Care The name "Prism Community Care" was deliberately chosen to symbolize the colourful and beautiful nature of life for people with disabilities.

Prism Community Care aims to empower individuals with disabilities by providing expert assistance, fostering independence, and offering freedom through choices and control. Prism Community Care, established in 2021 in Darwin, Northern Territory, was founded by three skilled professionals with extensive experience in disability services, community care, and nursing. The organization firmly believes in equal opportunities, advocating that everyone, regardless of physical, mental, or emotional capacity, deserves to lead a life comparable to their peers.
