We recently had the Chief Minister, Lia Finocchiaro visit Northcrest to see the progress of the community.

There is plenty of activity happening, with over 180 new homes to be built throughout 2026 and plenty of opportunity to take advantage of the Government’s HomeGrown Territory Grant. This offers $50,000 for first-home buyers to put towards building or buying your first home.

For existing home owners, the FreshStart New Home Grant offers $30,000 to buy or build a new home.
