Offering daily yoga classes at Royal Darwin Hospital. for the staff who work tirelessly and give so much of themselves for the health of others. An opportunity for hospital staff to devote time to their own wellbeing, and maintenance of their health. A vinyasa flow style of yoga with Iyengar roots, the classes have a strong focus on body awareness and introspection. An accepting and peaceful space where participants have the opportunity to become continually aware of subtle sensations in the body and fluctuations in the mind. To get to know our body/ mind connection through the art of being a witness. The classes are open to all levels of ability. They are held in the auditorium of the Royal Darwin Hospital.
