Fannie Bay Medical Receptionist
This is a casual position hours per week will vary.
As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing front desk reception duties, including greeting patients and handling enquiries.
• Appointment scheduling and patient admissions.
• Liaising with Visiting Doctors’ practices for patient scheduling and list management.
• Processing payments and health fund claims.
• Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks.
• General office administration and medical record management.
About You:
• Previous experience in a medical reception or administration role (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must have NT Drivers licence and reliable transport or reside Locally
• Must be available to work Morning & Afternoon/Evening shifts
• Must be Available to work weekends if required
• NT Working with Children Card is a must
