I’m back from a wonderful break with my family, feeling deeply grateful for the time we shared together. It’s amazing how stepping away for a little while can bring so much clarity, joy, and appreciation for the beauty in everyday life.
This week, our yoga practice will be themed around gratitude. When we pause to truly notice the good around us — whether it’s a sunrise, a smile, or a quiet moment of stillness — we open ourselves to more joy, ease, and connection. Gratitude has a way of softening the heart and attracting more of what feels good.
