Always appreciate when you all take the time to leave a review. It really helps bring in new clients, especially if they have had bad experiences in the past or are tired of feeling like they are wasting their money on therapists that aren't a good fit.

I'm open Saturday-Wednesday this week and do have some openings if anyone wants to swing in.

Don't let that pain get so bad it starts messing with your sleep, take care of you!

Hello everyone! A lot of news here!

1. I have a new room in the same building. With the new room comes new services im trying out.

A- Hot Stone Massage (90 minutes only) $135
B- Hot Stone add on ($5) for clients that wanna experience one or two stones for a spot treatment on a trouble spot.

2. $5 Price increase for each service before taxes.

My rent went up, and as all of us know, family groceries have absolutely skyrocketed through last year, alongside just about everything else.

3. If anyone has any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to reach out.

I appreciate everyone who supported my this far.

I unfortunately also contacted the flu and have been sick since Monday night and ive been down ever since. I genuinely hope everyone's new years started better than mine 🤒

Hell everyone! This cold weather is DREADFUL but I hope youre enjoying December nonetheless.
I sent some reminders to some clients but if you didnt get one, this is for you. Dont be afraid to put yourself at the top of the list and get taken care of.
Holidays are long and stressful for most. I hope you find the time needed for self care even if its not with me.
