Exercise & Travelling 🇨🇳

Training with one of the best backdrops in the world 🔥

Even on the Great Wall, the principles stay the same: control → elasticity → power.

1️⃣ Single-Leg Squat
Building strength, stability and control through the full range.
Perfect for bulletproofing knees and improving single-leg capacity.

2️⃣ Tall-to-Short (Double-Leg)
Working on stiffness, reactivity and energy transfer.
Quick contacts and strong posture—just like running mechanics.

3️⃣ Box Jump
Finishing with power and pop.
Teaching the body to produce force fast and land softly.

Strong legs. Scenic views. Same standards anywhere in the world.

💡 Always Learning. Always Improving.

At PhysXrehab we’re big believers that great results come from great learning!

This week’s in-service focused on the science of speed. Specifically, how to “bounce” effectively during high-speed running. Good and poor bounce.

Our team of physios explored the biomechanics behind efficient sprinting; learning how athletes generate and use elastic energy to move faster and with less effort.

Continuous education means we can bring the latest performance insights straight to our clients; whether you’re chasing a new PB or just want to move better every day.
