You know when youâre in a bit of a funk and you feel a bit off?
And you go through your self checklist: Do I need to drink more water? Have I eaten recently? Is my cycle due? Has someone triggered something within me? Etc. And you still canât quite pinpoint what it is thatâs making you feel funky?
It could it be your energy đŤ
The body has so many intelligent systems throughout it. The one I find most fascinating is the energy body.
There is energy all throughout our bodies; flowing up and down our bodies, arms and legs via meridians, rotating in our energy centres or chakras, surrounding us in auras and more!
I explain it like Wifi...
You canât see wifi.
You canât hear wifi.
You canât feel wifi.
But you know if your wifi is on or off, because all your devices arenât connected and donât work!
Itâs the same with energy.
You canât see or hear it, but you know when itâs blocked or not functioning well because you feel disconnected or âoffâ.
Removing any blocks and rebalancing your energy, activates the bodyâs innate ability to heal itself and can do wonders for your physical and mental health.
So how do you do it?
You can balance your own energy by grounding, breathwork, meditating, sound healing, being in nature, having acupuncture... And of course kinesiology!
If your internal wifi signal is low or patchy, then perhaps a healing session to clear some of the gunk out of the way is just what you need to feel clearer, lighter, energised and connected.
