One day a week is for rest, restoration, rebalancing and centring... why not make it today!
Yes, you can lie in a paddock with your head resting on a log...
You can also:

✨ spend time in the garden
✨ cook your favourite meal
✨ play games with your kids, face to face
✨ visit a park, lake or
✨ make a cuppa and read a book....
There are so many ways to rest and restore -

Have you had a shock recently and find you can't stop crying?
Normally I would say, cry it out, but there are times we need to be able to calm, stop, and do something else...
This acupressure point - Heart 8 - is a fast mover for you - to help calm your tears and your shock.
Use it again and again, as you tear up or mid sob... either way, holding this point signals to your mind and body to calm and reset.

Essential Oils for calm and support!
The sense of smell alters your mood and even body state more quickly than any other sense...
The smell of baking biscuits, the smell of old aftershave, the smell of cut grass...
All cause a nervous system reaction, depending on your experience with those smells.
Have a think - what smell instantly lets your shoulders drop... or in reverse, your shoulders raise or tense up?
Most of these reactions are subconscious, but imagine if you could use your sense of smell for good - for calm, flow & balance!
Cypress essential oil for example, comes up in clinic all the time - for grounding, support and holding in time of stress, trouble or when challenged.

Overwhelm sneaks up slowly, but when it hits we start to freeze up and become unsure in all aspects of our life. When our minds are constantly racing and our bodies unable to rest we become so overwhelmed that we don't recognize who we are anymore - we are at odds with ourselves - feeling relentless physical pain or experiencing emotional turmoil and we are unable to control our reactions. Our exhaustion means we feel disconnected and have lost ourselves along the way. We know that something 'is not right', but can't put our finger on it. We long for someone to listen and guide us to the person we long to be.
You want to feel calm in your mind, body and spirit so that you are in control and able to manage the chaos around you...You want to move with ease and surety, so that you feel confident and energized once again....You want to feel at peace so that you can find that quiet place within and freedom from total exhaustion...to feel connected again, so that you live with energy and focus.
