Roll Over on the Trap Table (or Short Spine variation)
With the support of the springs, we’re able to load the spine into flexion in a really controlled way, building strength and mobility through the spine.
It’s a beautiful full body movement, connecting your core with your posterior chain (back, glutes + hamstrings).
