Roll Over on the Trap Table (or Short Spine variation)

With the support of the springs, we’re able to load the spine into flexion in a really controlled way, building strength and mobility through the spine.

It’s a beautiful full body movement, connecting your core with your posterior chain (back, glutes + hamstrings).

Opening through the front body, creating a beautiful stretch through the thighs, then moving into Swan, challenging shoulder flexion and upper body strength.

So much of our week is spent sitting, and repeating the same actions potentially causing tension

Your spine needs to move in all directions
✨ Flexion
✨ Extension
✨ Rotation
✨ Lateral

Even a few minutes of intentional movement can:
✔️Reduce stiffness
✔️Improve posture
✔️Help you feel more energised

You can easily replicate this exercise on the Mat or even seated!
