Nina who has BA Western Herbal Medicine, Cert. Oriental & Ayurvedic Massage, Cert. Reflexology and Reiki Master certification has been working in the complementary health field for over 10 years. She believes strongly that we have all the tools available to us to rejuvenate our bodies and gain better and sustained good health. Through the knowledge and experience that Nina has attained she is able to assess you and design a unique treatment plan based on your needs.

There are some beautiful energetic events happening over the next few months and I'd love for you to join me.

🌟The Reiki Share Group is open to all levels of Reiki practitioners and anyone who has learnt with me or another Reiki teacher. It's from 5-7pm $20 per person.

🌟The Reiki Level Two course is for those who have completed their Reiki Level One a minimum of three months previously (there is no maximum time between courses). You dive deeper into your Reiki practice, strengthen your connection to the energy and are attuned to three Reiki symbols for use in your treatments and daily life.

🌟The Reiki Master/Teacher course brings you even deeper into your connection and practice. You learn two Master level symbols, advanced techniques for use in your treatments, meditations, grounding practices and how to teach all levels of Reiki. It's an amazing weekend! 9am-5pm both days (Sat & Sun) $900 including follow-up support for three weeks after the course.

Reiki Level Two is the practitioner certification and is the next step on from Level One.

It introduces you to 3 symbols that will broaden your ability to channel and utilise the Reiki energy. It adds another dimension to both your self-healing treatments and those you give to others. With these symbols you will be able to increase and "lock in" the level of the energy, facilitate higher levels of emotional healing and give healing treatments over distance.

The workshop will focus on learning about the uses of the symbols, incorporating them into your treatments and daily life, meditations and delving deeper into your connection with the Reiki energy. You will receive 3 attunements and will have ample practice time.

A comprehensive manual, certificate and follow up support for the following 3 weeks is provided.

INVESTMENT: $360
LOCATION: North Narrabeen (address supplied on booking)

Sometimes we just need to feel held and supported as we navigate a challenging period in our lives. These times can be gifts when we allow the energy of the emotion to flow through us, releasing resistance.
Reiki works in synergy with our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body to bring about states of deep relaxation, calm and healing. It also provides the space for us to surrender and allow ourselves to receive as we move and heal.
As a Reiki practitioner, I've guided many people through healing sessions and witnessed the shifts, realisations and releases that have left me in awe of this work. I'd love for you to join me at any or all of my upcoming events 😊 The Reiki Share Group is open to everyone. You may have only just started your Reiki journey, have been practicing for years or curious to find out more about it. The share group is from 5-7pm $20.
There are currently three places left on the Reiki Level One course. This is the beginning of bringing Reiki into your life and has the potential to enhance it in so many ways. There is more info via the link in my bio. The course is from 9am-5pm $330.

Such beautiful sharing of energy at the Reiki Share Group on Sunday 💜 We start the evening with an open space to talk all things energy related and our experiences within it. I then guide everyone through a meditation supported with a sound bath from the crystal singing bowls. This month the meditation opened us to the manifesting energies of the recent new moon, as well as the increasing energies coming through from the universal influences. We finish the evening with giving and receiving Reiki treatments.

Another wonderful day taking two amazing souls along the start of their Reiki journey 💜 Congratulations ladies on completing your Reiki Level One! Becoming attuned to Reiki can either encourage a gentle nudge from the universe to keep you in alignment with the soul path you are already on, or it can be a life changing turn-around where you start to see and feel more clearly what it is you are meant to be doing. Being able to channel and use Reiki in your everyday life on yourself, family, friends, plants and animals is a fantastic part of this new journey too.
