Nina who has BA Western Herbal Medicine, Cert. Oriental & Ayurvedic Massage, Cert. Reflexology and Reiki Master certification has been working in the complementary health field for over 10 years. She believes strongly that we have all the tools available to us to rejuvenate our bodies and gain better and sustained good health. Through the knowledge and experience that Nina has attained she is able to assess you and design a unique treatment plan based on your needs.

Would you like to deepen your connection with the Reiki energy? Have more tools to access to take your treatments to the next level?
Reiki Level Two is the practitioner certification and is the next step on from Level One.

It introduces you to 3 symbols that will broaden your ability to channel and utilise the Reiki energy. It adds another dimension to both your self-healing treatments and those you give to others. With these symbols you will be able to increase and "lock in" the level of the energy, facilitate higher levels of emotional healing and give healing treatments over distance.

The workshop will focus on learning about the uses of the symbols, incorporating them into your treatments and daily life, meditations and delving deeper into your connection with the Reiki energy. You will receive 3 attunements and will have ample practice time.

A comprehensive manual, certificate and follow up support for the following 3 weeks is provided.

I'd love to guide you through the course to becoming a Usui Reiki Master Teacher. This is a life enhancing course that not only amplifies your connection and ability to work with the Reiki energy but also integrates it deeper into your personal path.

Everyone is welcome and I'd love to share the evening with you 🥰 We open the group with a shared discussion around all things to do with Reiki and energy, I then guide you through a meditation with a mini crystal bowl sound healing and we finish the evening with giving and receiving Reiki treatments from each other. Another wonderful day taking two amazing souls along the start of their Reiki journey 💜 Congratulations ladies on completing your Reiki Level One! Becoming attuned to Reiki can either encourage a gentle nudge from the universe to keep you in alignment with the soul path you are already on, or it can be a life changing turn-around where you start to see and feel more clearly what it is you are meant to be doing. Being able to channel and use Reiki in your everyday life on yourself, family, friends, plants and animals is a fantastic part of this new journey too.

I'd love you to come and join me for any or all of our upcoming events 🌟 The Reiki Share Groups are open to everyone. They are held in Narrabeen 5-7pm $20 per person. It's always a beautiful evening of giving, receiving, listening, sharing and connecting.
The Reiki Level One course is your entry into the world of working with the Reiki energy and bringing it into your daily life for personal healing and growth. This course is held in Narrabeen 9am-5pm $330 per person.

22 years ago today I qualified as a Reflexologist 💜I love being a Reflexologist! The feet tell so many stories. Every dry area, hard skin, crack, plumpness, emptiness, muscle tone, angle of the instep gives me information about what is going on for the person on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Reflexology isn't just a deeply relaxing foot massage (which is a huge bonus!) but it also opens the energetic channels within the body that pass through that particular organ or system.
