Easy and delicious recipe, no blender needed! A high protein and low sugar snack - perfect for that 3pm hit!

Ingredients
2 cups Almond Meal
1 cup Protein Powder
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Almond Milk
4 tbs Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup Raw cacao nibs

One of the best lessons I’ve learnt in life is that…self compassion is the antidote to shame.

Shame can be debilitating, it can stop us from moving forward, from making the changes or becoming the person we want to be.

Practice more self compassion, it truly does work 🤍
