Smashing wickets and breaking barriers — Michael Ford is proving that his disability is not a limitation, but a strength. 💪

The Mooroopna Cricket Club spin bowler claimed 10 wickets, including a grand final hat-trick, at his fourth National Cricket Inclusion Championships — and he’s not slowing down. 🏏

With the right supports in place to help achieve his goals, Michael is living independently, supporting other people with disability, and mentoring young cricketers coming through the ranks.

Hosted by Intereach in partnership with and local providers, this event is a great way to learn more about the care sector, meet employers and discover where a career in care could take you.

Whether you’re looking for a fresh start, returning to the workforce, exploring volunteer opportunities or considering a more meaningful career path, this session is a great place to begin.
