🏆 Youth Strength & Conditioning Program - Coming This School Holidays
This April, we’re running a specialized, 2x week program designed specifically for high school athletes. Whether your goal is the lifting in the gym, dominanting the netball court, the footy field, the soccer pitch, or the basketball court— Take your performance to the next level.
Under the supervision of our Exercise Physiologist, Eve, athletes will learn:
* Safe Lifting Techniques: Master the fundamentals of the gym in the right way.
* Athletic Performance: Specific drills to improve strength, speed, and durability for the winter season.
* Smart Programming: Learn how to progress exercises
* The Full Routine: Comprehensive warm-ups, cool-downs, and injury prevention strategies.
* Take-Home Program: An S&C plan to keep your momentum going after the holidays.
The Details:
* Starts: April 8th
* Schedule: 2x 60-minute sessions per week for 2 weeks (4x sessions total).
* Investment: $40 per session.
* Safety First: Small group sizes to ensure every athlete gets individual coaching and feedback.
Parents: Give your teen the gift of physical literacy, reduce injury risk, build strength and resilience and learn the environment safely. Eve ensures every movement is supervised, safe, and age-appropriate.
