As a vegetarian it's tough getting enough protein into my daily diet...I gravitate to carbs which does not agree with me...I get bloated, hungry and eat the wrong foods...so after talking with my fellow vege friend Jane, I have spent today sourcing more protein every time I eat...so far so good.
Eggs for brunch, some nuts, cheese and fruit in between and this dinner meal was pretty tasty as far as tofu is concerned, and packed a decent 20 grams of protein... definitely feeling more satisfied.
Do something different for dinner, with our vegan noodle, tofu, green bean and spring onion stir-fry. It's quick and healthy, plus it's budget-friendly too
