🥔🥓 Vicki’s Creamy Bacon & Potato Bake in the making! 🥓🥔

Vicki has been busy in the kitchen creating a delicious creamy bacon and potato bake — and it smells amazing! 😋

From layering the potatoes and bacon to sprinkling the cheese on top, Vicki took great pride in helping prepare this tasty dish. Cooking together is such a wonderful way to build independence, confidence, and life skills while having a bit of fun along the way.

We can’t wait to see the finished result… and maybe even sneak a taste! 👩‍🍳✨

Nothing beats fresh sea air, sandy toes and a whole lot of laughter!

Slowing down, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the simple things — sitting by the water, dipping our toes in, and sharing plenty of smiles (and a few windswept selfies 😂).
