Helen has a Diploma of Remedial Massage and has been working in the industry for the past 5 years.

She loves partnering with people who take ownership of their own health, while working together to gain a place of health and healing. Helen finds this very rewarding as it makes going to work satisfying.
When not working Helen loves life on her small hobby farm. Growing food and flowers, tending to her sheep or curling up with a good book.

Helen is available Wednesdays for Remedial, Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage or Cupping
