Protein muffins = so easy the kids can make them.
🥣 These Gluten-Free Protein Oat Muffins are made with our Tassie Wellness Whey Protein + Collagen (and you can totally swap in our Pure Collagen instead). Perfect for lunchboxes, arvo snack, or a quick grab-and-go brekky.
Per serve: 134 cals | 8.8g protein | 18.9g net carbs | 2.1g fat
Ingredients:
2.5 cups oats
1 cup Greek yoghurt (we use Chobani)
2 scoops Tassie Wellness Whey Protein + Collagen
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
Optional: fresh blackberries (we added these!)
Method:
Wizz everything in a food processor until smooth, pour into muffin cases and bake 190°C for 20 mins. Makes 12.
