There is so much so so right about this post.
🌟First of all... AMAZING JOB 💪 you have absolutely smashed your program. Staying consistent is key ❤️ You are an inspiration!
🌟Second ... You are so right, there is so much more the "weight-loss" involved in the journey. A healthy relationship with food is something that so many struggle with! And such an important aspect of life 🌻
🌟Third ... It's ok to ask for help! You don't have to do this on your own! Whether you are after weight-loss, muscle gain, struggling with an eating disorder or just want to feel better and have the energy you know you should have, we can help 😊
🌟 I could honestly keep talking about this amazing post and amazing woman but read it and just let it sink in 🫶
There is a bazillion things I want to say on this post so here goes, hopefully a short summary 😅
▫️𝗜 𝗔𝗠 𝗦𝗢 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗬𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙!
▫️ 7 weeks 👉🏻 down 4kgs scale weight 👉🏻 muscle maintained at 52kg 👉🏻 down 3% body fat 💪🏻
▫️ My relationship with food has improved 10 fold! Things that used to trigger me into binge eating have still been around but because of the change in foods I put into my body, I am able to handle my s**t SO much better!!
▫️ My sleep has improved!
▫️My energy levels have improved!
▫️My recovery time from training has improved!
▫️ My ability to keep a high intensity in training has improved!
▫️My strength continues to improve!
▫️My overall mood and mindset is SO much more focused!
▫️My mental state has improved!
▫️ All of this quite literally would not be possible without putting up with me for the last few years!!
▫️Finally everything she’s been telling me has started to sink in 🤪
▫️This is without a doubt, THE best “Fat Loss Journey” I have been on. Mentally, training wise and especially nutrition wise!
▫️ Stretch marks & lose skin is nothing to be embarrassed about!
▫️Some extra body fat shouldn’t be the reason you don’t go to the gym, or train in the weights section!
▫️Having a stupid expression on your face in a photo shouldn’t be the reason you don’t post it 🤪
▫️I am proud of the person in both of these photos, before and after. And although I still aim to lose a bit more body fat, I’m STOKED with the half way results!
▫️ INVESTING in your HEALTH is EVERYTHING ❤️
▫️ DOING the work is hard, but NOT DOING it and not having the results or life you want, is harder!
