Pricey doesn't always mean better.

When choosing your products, it's important to consider the ingredients and not simply follow the hype. This goes for both cheap and expensive products - bear in mind that designer labels don't necessarily produce effective skincare.

Look for clinical skincare with scientifically proven results. While they can carry a significant price tag, you generally only need to use small amounts of these products every day, meaning they should last you a while.

Inexpensive or luxury, ineffective skincare is sill money wasted.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) might have paved the way, but Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) has stolen the show! 🌟

You might recall from our previous posts that a PRF treatment starts with a simple blood draw. Your blood is spun in a centrifuge to create a natural fibrin-rich serum. PRP works similarly, but separates just the plasma instead 🩸

Both methods are used to treat the same skin conditions, stimulating stem cells and the production of collagen, nutrients & antioxidants.

PRF is essentially the next generation of PRP, containing a higher concentration of white blood cells, fibrin & stem cells. PRF also stimulates faster healing & releases growth factor over time for longer lasting benefits.
