Bec is an experienced and compassionate professional with a strong background in disability support and allied health services.

Before stepping into her new role as an NDIS Support Coordinator, Bec worked as a Support Worker since 2020 and spent several years at a Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy clinic, working in Client Connections and as a Therapy Assistant Coordinator, where she developed a deep understanding of client-centred care and the importance of collaboration across disciplines.

Bec has always been passionate about helping others - she finds purpose in supporting participants to navigate the NDIS, build their capacity and achieve their personal goals. She enjoys connecting with the people and families she helps.

Outside of the office, Bec is a proud Mum of two daughters who loves photography and volunteers with her local CFA. She loves spending time at the beach and exploring new places whenever she can.

One of the world’s most brilliant scientific minds, Professor Stephen Hawking lived with motor neurone disease (ALS) and lost his natural ability to speak in the 1980s.
With the support of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), he continued to teach, write, and inspire millions.
💻 His voice came from a speech-generating device, controlled first by his hand and later by a single cheek muscle sensor.
✨ This technology allowed him to share complex ideas about black holes, cosmology, and the universe — in his iconic computerised voice.
Hawking’s story shows that communication isn’t just about words — it’s about connection, innovation, and the power of human expression.
