Starting in 2026, Tania Alexander Yoga has the opportunity to offer new session/s on Wednesday evenings at Amrita Yoga, and she is looking for your feedback on the type of activity you’ve been craving to help you get through “hump day”!

- Are you new to yoga or wanting to brush up on the fundamentals with a Beginner’s Series?

- Do you relish a mid-week structured yoga session?

- Perhaps you wish to focus on techniques and deepen your practice with a dedicated breathwork and meditation class?

- Or perhaps a Women’s Circle to gain connection in sisterhood with shared struggles, gentle movement practices and mental health support is what you’re after?

Classes are running as usual tomorrow (Tania Alexander Yoga) and Thu but a reminder that we are closed this coming Sat. Pop by for our garage sale instead. Proceeds are going to Zac's car fund!

Don't miss this 2hr yoga immersion geared towards your total relaxation. Beginning with some light movement and breath work, we'll then move into restorative yoga poses, set up with yoga props to get us into the most comfortable and beneficial positions before ending with longer format sequential relaxation technique where we call on each part of our body to soften.
