Looking for something fun for your children to do in the school holidays? Want them to stay active? Want them to have some technology free time? Want them to try a new sport? They are most welcome to attend the school holiday camp. There is a special new to Tennis Teenagers category. Players are matched according to current skill levels. It is heaps of fun. Registration is now open. New players are most welcome to come along and join in the fun. Help keep our children active during the school holidays. Reach for nature first. Eat foods found in their natural state as a first option rather than going for fast food and processed packets and junk. Remember that the Formula 1 and multivitamin combined, give you’re your essential nutrients every day, so have your shake each day and then add in nature first and you will be well on your way to reach your goals.

Tip from Pip: Your body is used to sitting at your current weight (sometimes referred to as your set point), so when you begin losing weight it panics and tries to get you to eat more and stay at your current level. This is when you need to say to yourself….. it is working and to ignore your body wanting to eat more food. Have a drink of the energy tea or a glass of water or brush your teeth and keep going. Remember I am here if you need me.

Please do not think of this as a diet. Think of this as a long term lifestyle change. This is not something you will do for a given period of time and then stop. This will cause you to be on the up and down cycle with your weight which can be harmful to your body. You want to learn how to fuel yourself for dynamic health and energy for the rest of your life. You want to discover foods that you love and enjoy that also fuel your body well. You want to have treats and enjoy them. You want to learn the skill of maintaining your goal body weight for years to come. Remember I am your coach and I am here if you need any help, tips or encouragement.

The Session 3 Body Transformation Challenge Showcase will be announced live TONIGHT (Thursday) at 7pm AEST

My guess is that the registration link for the next challenge that is starting on the 1st September will be released tonight. So if you are planning on doing the next challenge be ready to register as soon as it is announced... So you can be in the chance for the free merchandise for the first 300 people to register and complete the challenge.

To register go to www.herbalifebtc.com.au You will need a referral code from me. So send me a msg and I will send it as soon as I get it.

If you have any friends who are keen please let me know and I will be happy to send them the instructions and referral code.

Here are some top tips for Challengers (but apply to everyone) from Lisa Renae who has lost a total of 10kgs so far!!!! Congratulations on your results.
1. I prepared or had healthy snacks ready, such as protein balls, boiled eggs, Tuna etc It meant I always had something to grab and go.

2. I was kind to myself, I enjoyed the birthday cakes (3 birthdays in the 6wks) and looked at it as a lifestyle change.

3. Water, water, water. Tea, tea, tea.Have a water bottle always on hand. I love sparkling water too it feels like a treat.

In the last 6 week challenge over 2000kgs were lost!!!! How amazing is that? I would like to honour the top 4 results in...

In the last 6 week challenge over 2000kgs were lost!!!! How amazing is that? I would like to honour the top 4 results in our crew from this challenge.
1st Place - Breandan Mckeown - lost 12% in body weight and 32 cms off his body
2nd Place - Adam Handley - lost 11.60% in body weight and 36 cm off his body
3rd Place - Anita Handley - lost 10.99% and a whopping 44cm and was selected by the judging panel as in the TOP 20 for AUSTRALIA - this is based on the visual difference and weight loss - which is obvious from the cm loss.
4th Place - Lisa Renae - lost 9.18% and 28cm off her body.
These results are extraordinary especially given the fact that typical weight loss is 250 to 500 grams per week.
Congratulations to all of the challengers who finished the challenge. Quite a few people lost between 3-6kgs which are wonderful results.
I am so proud of every one of the participants for your progress and results! Keep up the great work.
