Conscious Change.

If you want new experiences you need to access new thought patterns...

You can only access new thought patterns in the present moment - now

It seems so obvious but most of us are not present enough to access the new thoughts, ideas and information that wants to come through us and to us.

We are often living outside the present moment repeating past patterns of behaviour based on outdated beliefs from previous lived experiences.

Practicing Mindfulness, Meditation, Therapy and other self-care options open our mind up to new possibilities, choices and awareness of our own inner guidance in the present.

When we can observe our thoughts and not get so lost in our mind, we can tune into our inner guidance and intuition and follow our heart with more clarity.

We often block the flow of creative energy that moves to us and through us when we resist the present moment with our past conditioning, limiting beliefs and old programming.

Each moment we allow to unfold without judgment and preconceived ideas, we open ourselves up to new thought patterns, fresh experiences and endless possibilities.

Allow your creativity to flow… by being present, gentle and kind to yourself now, in this moment.

Breathe deeply to calm your nervous system.

Use your physical senses to bring your awareness back to this moment.

This moment is where all your authentic power can be experienced.

This moment now allows you access to your intuition and inner guidance.

This moment now is where you can choose a new expansive response.

This moment now is where you can come into alignment and embody the creative flow of energy that moves through us and to us.

Just breathe, don’t try and figure it all out with old thought patterns, just feel it out.

Be curious.

Feel your alignment with the newness of this moment.

Feel yourself accepting this moment so you can move beyond what has previously been experienced.

Feel yourself embracing change, healing, growing and expanding into the next version of yourself.

You are that powerful.
