Building strength when you have arthritis isn’t just about lifting weights - it’s about supporting your joints, improving energy, stability, bone health, and confidence. Research shows strength training can help prevent and even reverse muscle weakness caused by arthritis, making everyday movement easier and reducing fatigue.
