I offer holistic, earthy yoga classes in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and also hold space for heali My classes are deeply nourishing and earthy.

My name is Bec and I am a Qualified Yoga Teacher living and sharing my practice from my Hinterland Home. I love to explore movement as a way to heal. I will always offer alignment cues to keep you safe and supported in postures and transitions. However my focus is on freedom and flow. I invite you to come and play with me!

Mother 2024

I had the deepest honour of capturing some images of this beautiful woman and dear friend as she moves closer to the birth portal

Many moons ago…. Some might say another lifetime…. I spent much time behind a camera! Too much time that it squeezed out all the juice.

But this was magic and fun and full of juice! And just like that a little spark of creativity was ignited again.

So you might just see some more captures pop up in this space as I rediscover what it feels like to play with my camera/iPhone.

We gathered in ceremony to honour Chrissy and her baby who will soon be birthed earth-side.

A soulful and transformative ceremony that demonstrated to me the importance of community and the power of love ❤️
