Sophie is an experienced paediatric occupational therapist with a special interest in working with children and young adults on improving their occupational performance through play and client led therapy. Sophie uses a sensory lens in her therapy sessions to help improve children’s skills and achieve their goals sooner. Sophie also uses family centred practice to work collaboratively with the whole family to help children achieve their goals. Sophie can help your child improve their fine and gross motor coordination and strength. She can also assist with improving emotional regulation, play and social skills while building skills in all activities of daily living.
