The thing is… If I told you this would be the case you wouldn’t think twice about starting exercising…

This is what happened to this fabulous PT couple. We are exactly 7 weeks in and the pain is gone and they feel stronger than ever!

They came in with a very modest approach, told me they haven’t ever worked out consistently, so just making it to the gym would be their main goal. Now they are doing burpees and hanging off pull up bars! They made a decision and they have the discipline to show up for themselves.
Another thing I love is that they will bring their daughter in when she feels like it, to teach her healthy habits, no force, no pressure.

Aw, we had a very special visitor today!
He had too much gym anxiety, so never made it inside, but hid under the car instead. 🤣 I have seen it all before… usually people hide behind the car though….😅

Sometimes we all have some anxiety to combat before we can get to “full” workouts and that’s okay. Natually there is nothing to fear, but sometimes the brain just needs a little convincing to overcome the hurdle.
Together we will get there at the end 💪 🫶
