In honour of Tuesday’s incredible SUPERMOON, I have added a new meditation to my very popular kids podcast-Kids Mindfulness Meditations. A Podcast for Kids.

My kids podcast was created at the start of COVID lockdowns in March 2020. I had an idea to create a resource for my Kids Mindfulness students whilst our group program was shut down (due to lockdown). Little did I know that my podcast would be so popular and that children all over the world would listen each night to help with sleep and anxiety. To date my podcast has had close to 1 million listens (940,000 downloads) with over 700 children listening to 3 or more episodes every night.

Currently I have 32 FREE episodes enjoyed by children worldwide. And on October the 18th I am very excited to be launching a paid subscriber feature to my podcast via SPOTIFY. COMING IN OCT

🕹🎳 🎮 Wii CONNECT 🎮 🎳🕹
We are super excited to be introducing a very special pilot program that will run initially for 6 weeks in term 4 with a view to making this a permanent term long program in 2026.

Wii CONNECT uses engaging and cooperative Nintendo Wii games to support kid’s social-emotional learning in a fun and motivating environment. The focus is on safe structured play that promotes communication skills, teamwork, turn-taking, emotional regulation, and positive peer interactions.

🎮 Build friendships through shared play.
🎮 Practice taking turns and good sportsmanship
🎮 Improve communication and listening skills
🎮 Strengthen emotional awareness and regulation
🎮 Encourage cooperation and team problem-solving

🕹Facilitated by-Mental Health Social Worker-Maryanne Eve and 2nd year Social Work student Sarah O’Hare
