We’ve all had those burning, sore feet at the end of the day 😩👣
After hours of standing or walking, pain can show up in the heel, arch or ball of the foot.

But here’s the thing most people don’t realise…

Foot pain is rarely just a foot problem.

It’s often linked to:
▫️ poor foot biomechanics
▫️ weakness in the calf and ankle muscles (especially soleus & tibialis posterior)
▫️ lack of support during walking and push-off

Over time, this overloads parts of your foot that were never meant to carry that much pressure.
