✨ As the year draws to a close, our team came together for a warm and lively Christmas party, an afternoon to celebrate everything 2025 has brought to Bay Active Physio. It was also a chance to share important milestones within our team: celebrating Narveen’s beautiful new arrival, baby Millan, and wishing Laura a heartfelt farewell as she embarks on new adventures.

Patrick, Bay Active Physio thanks the community for the trust and wishes everyone a season filled with rest, joy, and meaningful moments.

Our amazing physios Fiona and Sam are currently on a family holiday in Japan, and the two of them are truly living their best life! 💕 From cycling adventures on Sado Island 🚴‍♀️ to exploring hidden gems, we’re loving the snapshots they’ve shared with us.

We can’t wait to welcome them back in October:
