When one door closes another door opens.
That’s right folks as of this week I’ll be heading back to where it all started, working out of the Allied health room at the Dover medical centre.

Whilst it is sad to say goodbye to my little clinic space, this opportunity will hopefully give me the time and space I need to further my expertise and dare I mention further studies.

At this point I just want to shout out to all my valued clients for your ongoing support and trust you have in me as your therapist.

Mark Urquhart starting seeing me around 6months ago and has become one of my favourite regulars 🙌

He will be joining us on Sunday for this years Dover Fun Run.

Mark was a World champion triathlete and 2016 Triple Gold medallist, representing Australia at the Invictus games.
Mark is also the highest Australian ranked Bobsledder ever, at 4th on the planet.

Make sure you say G’day.

He has to stay and talk he is legless and can’t run👨‍🦽😂😂😂( Mark made me say this)
He may have lost his legs but not his sense of humour 🙌

I’m back!!!! after a wonderful time gallivanting around our amazing country. 🤍
I can’t say I was excited to come home, but I can say I’m excited to see all my wonderful clientele again.

Well this day has come around super quick!!

A week today my family and I embark on a trip of a life time, an express 1/2 lap of Australia.
Yes 3 kids well 4 if you include my husband in a small van. Help!

All jokes aside I can’t thank you all enough for your ongoing support and trust in me as your therapist.
4/5 months will fly by and I will be back before you know it.

Still Time to register guys! 7km, 21km or 42km 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

Compass Club South LOCATION Tasmania's South Coast Track will host it's fifth Compass Club event, a 42 and 21 kilometre out and back run to Australia's deepest south. In 2021, we will also be adding a 7km Fun Run to the program. Competitors will encounter chilly winds, sprawling plains, rocky cliff....

Today was my 3rd Pilates Cardio session with Abby at Pilates House Huon Valley.
And boy did I feel it today, but what away to start my weekend.

You would of Heard me say more often than not “move it or lose it” (within reason)

Abby practices Classical, Rehab, Cardio, Pre/post natal, Mat+ Reformer.

With the philosophy:
Change happens through movement and movement heals.
Couldn’t agree more 🙌
