Sarah has increased her capacity this year and is now welcoming new clients on Mondays and Tuesdays. Sarah is certified with the Equine Animal Assisted Psychotherapy Institute (EAAPI) and offers her Equine Assisted Psychotherapy services to clients across the lifespan. Sarah is also a provisionally registered psychologist. 🌸

We are thrilled to welcome a new team member to Nature Nurture. Adam is an Occupational Therapist who has worked within the child and youth mental health space over the past 20 years.  Adam has trained as a child and adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapist, practicing psychotherapy since 2008. His previous roles within mental health services has involved therapeutic work with children, young people and their families.  Prior to Occupational Therapy, Adam’s early employment history involved working with and training harness racing horses. In late 2023 Adam started to combine his therapeutic skills whilst working with retired race horses providing equine assisted psychotherapy to many clients presenting with mental health concerns, developmental challenges and people presenting with traumatic histories. He has completed the foundation training and certification at EPI and will be offering his psychotherapy services to clients across the lifespan. Adam currently has availability from Monday - Thursday.
