I’m not where I want to be yet. But I think it’s a huge disrespect to myself if I don’t pause for a minute and acknowledge just how far I’ve already come.
Just shy of 30kg’s off.... I mean .... wow! And the way I look now, is not even the best part in all of this. I can’t even begin to tell you how life changing this has been (a conversation for a whole nother day, on a whole nother level of depth) and make no mistake, that this is a transformation symphony of body, mind AND spirit.
Where to from here: my ultimate physique .... Watch this space 👀 and I’m coming for it like a bull at a gate (true taurean through and through)
My top tips..
1. Get an A-grade trainer who knows what they are talking about and who cares about your health first
2. Believe in yourself
3. Surround yourself with a support crew who also believes in you and supports you and genuinely wants to see you win .eric.ava
4. Want it bad enough
5. Learn and stay disciplined. Motivation is short lived and bu****it
6. Show up for it every single day. Do the work.
What a ride it’s been so far. There’s no chance I’m getting off this train today, no time soon, or probably never ❤️
For me, a healthy body and a healthy mind = a happy life. I think that’s the greatest give I could ever give to myself.
