One thing know for sure is that the stress of trying to get everything 'perfect', will have more of a negative impact on your health than breaking the rules occasionally! I'm all about having amazing health, AND enjoying all the things. It is totally possible when you know how to get your foundations solid. As for me, I've been practising as a Naturopath for 16 years now, and it never ceases to amaze me what people don't know -even when they think they do. There is so much confusion, ridiculous information and overwhelm out there today. And let's be honest, it's clearly not working. Over the years I have developed a formula that works, and education that sticks. For life. Forget asking “What do I need to do to hit my goals?”
Ask instead 👉 “What am I unwilling to do to get there?”

Total reframe, right?

It cuts through the BS and shows you how much you actually want that goal.

That question will expose your excuses, your limits… and your priorities.

For me? Accountability is the thing I can’t skip. It’s what gets me showing up when I’d rather not.

So ask yourself…

💭 What are you unwilling to do to achieve your health goal? ...… and is that the thing holding you back?
