As much as I love a little woo woo ✨, there’s actually a powerful scientific side to sound healing and the way it influences our mind, body, and mood.

This beautiful children’s book has been created with so much love, with the intention of helping little ones feel calm, safe, and relaxed through gentle guided meditations.

Each page invites children to connect with peaceful animals — from breathing like a little frog 🐸 to relaxing like a soft, sleepy llama 🦙 — encouraging mindfulness in a simple and magical way.

Creating this book has truly been a heartfelt journey, and I have loved every moment of bringing it to life 💛

I can’t wait for you and your little ones to experience the calm and comfort it brings.
