CALVES
Your calves are your foundation.
Every time you walk, run, jump or change direction… your calves absorb and produce force.
Neglect them and you may notice:
– tight Achilles
– ankle instability
– reduced sprint power
– increased injury risk
Train them slow.
Train them heavy.
Train them through full range.
Because the muscles you ignore are often the ones that limit you.
