By the time you feel it, the problem’s often been brewing for months (or years).

It’s not your bones 🦴— It’s just tiny gas bubbles releasing as the joint changes pressure. 🫧
Totally normal. Totally safe. Not a measure of how effective the adjustment is. 👌🏼
