🌿 Meet the Faces Behind Spear & Arrow – Channy & Max Ryan 🌿

For those who don’t know us yet, we’re the husband and wife team behind Spear & Arrow Therapeutic, an Indigenous-owned, Dubbo based allied health, behaviour support & support coordination service.

What started in our living room with a whiteboard which has now grown into a thriving, community-first organisation supporting over 100 participants across the Central West.

We built Spear & Arrow to fill a gap, for families who were tired of being misunderstood, waiting months (or years) for help, or travelling hours for services that didn’t fit their lives.

Together, we’ve made it our mission to deliver support that’s personal, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. Our promise is simple: we’ll never outgrow our connection to the community or the families who trust us to walk alongside them. 💚
