Often this time of year can be difficult for some.
With family connections so important to many there are so many beautiful souls that don't have family around to connect with. This is often a time of impacted mental health, depression and isolation. Plus it can also be an eye opening time for many as in times of need that's when you find who is loyal caring and present and often its not blood family its your soul family.

So please be mindful of connections with others as they might seem ok on the outside but inside they could be really struggling.

After a big scare this morning with Hulk having a heat induced seizure I beg you PLEASE LOOK AFTER YOUR PETS & WILDLIFE !!!!

This heat can kill us & make us humans very ill so imagine the impacts it can have on animals.

Put a container of water out in shade for native birds & bees to stay hydrated and keep your fur babies inside if possible out of direct heat or sun.

THE COSMIC STAGE IS SET — AND EARTH IS FEELING IT.

A Full Moon / Super Moon…
A rare planetary alignment…
And solar activity cranking up higher and higher…

All of this energy is converging on Earth at the same time, from multiple directions — and the effects are already beginning to show.

With this combination in play, we could see:
• more large earthquakes
• strong solar flares
• fast CMEs
• geomagnetic storms

Earth is in a unique position right now — absorbing a tremendous amount of incoming energy.

Many might have noticed a change in your sleep patterns lately and there's a few factors involved in this.
1. An increase in solar eruptions that are impacting earth's frequency.
2. The Super Full Moon today which is the last one that's estimated to be until 2042.
( some alot of emotional unloading and shifting)
3. Weather changes that your body struggle to adapt to.
& lastly its the end of a Roller Coaster year so many of you might be just on burnout.

So the important thing to remember is listen to your body. If its tired then go nap or atleast rest.
Limit screen time before bed to give your mind time to relax too and keep hydrated its important and helps in better sleep.

Don't feel guilty for having lazy days its a way for your body to play catchup with the changing Energy's.
