What began as an opportunity to return to the workforce - one that allowed me to be present with my family - has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined.

It became a community. A family. The Empowered family.

🌟 February Member of the Month – Adam Bush 🌟

If you’re an early riser, chances are you’ve seen Adam around the club — training in the mornings 5–6 days a week and setting the tone for consistency and commitment.

Adam has been a member of the Dubbo RSL Aquatic & Health Club for around two years, joining our FeelGood community for an inclusive, all in one space; offering the gym, pool and sauna.

Since joining, Adam has achieved an incredible milestone, losing over 20kg and feeling stronger both physically and mentally. His current goal is to crack under 100kg and maintain it long term.

You’ll often find Adam challenging himself on the treadmills and cardio equipment, or unwinding in the steam room, which helps calm his mind and relax after training. A special mention also goes to our friendly staff — particularly Ella, who helps kick start his mornings with a smile.

Adam’s advice for anyone starting their fitness journey? “Keep at it — it gets easier.”
And the mindset that keeps him going: “You can do it.”

Congratulations, Adam!! Your dedication truly reflects what the FeelGood community is all about! 💪✨
