There comes a moment in every journey when you realize the heaviness you feel isn’t coming from life… it’s coming from you choosing to hold on. Again and again.

We all do it. We grip the old identity… the old stories… the old wounds… because they’re familiar. Because they once protected us. Because letting go feels like stepping out without armor.

But the truth is simple…
What once kept you safe is now keeping you stuck.

There is a freedom that arrives the moment you loosen your grip on who you were and let yourself become who you are now. You don’t have to erase the past or pretend it didn’t shape you. You honor it by moving beyond it.

You step forward not because the past was wrong… but because your life is asking you to rise into something bigger.
