🌕 The Full Moon Release and Clearing

This full moon does not come gently. It comes honest. It pulls to the surface what has been buried, tolerated, normalized, and carried far past its season. The heaviness you feel is not punishment… it is pressure created by truth trying to move. Nothing is breaking. Something is loosening.

So I release.....

I release identities built in survival. I release promises made to stay safe instead of stay true. I release guilt that was never mine to carry and expectations placed on me by people who could not see me clearly. I release the habit of shrinking, explaining, softening my truth to make others comfortable.

I clear cords to timelines, relationships, and beliefs that no longer recognize who I am becoming. I return all energy that is not mine with love. I call my own power home… clean, whole, and uncompromised.

I forgive myself fully. I forgive without reopening wounds. I am complete with the lessons. I am finished carrying what already taught me.

Release is not loss… it is reclamation. Under this moon, I choose clarity over comfort. Truth over attachment. Becoming over belonging.

What remains is real. What leaves was ready. I move forward unburdened.

I’ve been quiet here for a while, and I want to share why 🤍

I’m currently moving through an in-between space — no longer who I was, not yet who I’m becoming.
A liminal threshold many are feeling right now…
that sense of being neither fully here nor fully there, yet deeply held in transition.

This season has brought profound energetic shifts — shedding old skins, releasing what the body and nervous system can no longer hold, healing at deeper layers, and remembering what is true beneath it all.

So many are moving through similar pauses between worlds.
Moments where the nervous system is recalibrating, where integration matters more than momentum, and where rest, trust, and safety become the medicine.

As we move through the final stages of the Year of the Snake —
a year of deep shedding and transformation

and prepare to step into the 1 Year of the Fire Horse on 17 February 🔥🐎
this slowing feels both personal and collective.

While I haven’t been visible on socials, I am still here.
Working deeply with clients.
Holding space.
Guiding healing.
In a quieter, more intentional way.

While I’m honouring this quieter season, my healing space remains open, held, and deeply supportive — with the same care, presence, and depth I bring to all my work. 💜

I haven’t felt called to post — only to trust.
To honour this sacred pause.
To stay in quiet devotion and divine faith that the right people will feel the call when the timing is aligned.

🌱Healing Isn’t Pretty

Healing isn’t some calm, enlightened process where everything suddenly makes sense. It’s messy. It’s uncomfortable. It’s one step forward and then realizing you still have wounds you haven’t fully faced. Some days you feel grounded and clear. Other days you feel tired, emotional, and frustrated that old patterns still show up. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re honest.

Real healing asks you to sit with parts of yourself you once avoided. It asks you to feel grief you buried, anger you swallowed, and truths you weren’t ready to admit before. That back and forth… the rising and falling… that’s part of learning how to carry yourself differently.

If you’re still willing to look inward… still choosing awareness over numbness… still refusing to abandon yourself when it gets hard… you are healing.

Don’t stop now. This is where the change actually sticks.

My heart is so full 🤍

My calendar is now completely booked out before Christmas — thank you, thank you, thank you. 🎄♥️✨

I’ll be finishing up tomorrow, Tuesday 23rd December, and for the first time in years I get to enjoy Christmas Eve off with my hubby — my heart is full 😍

We’re heading away with some of the fam bam for a little holiday reset, and I cannot wait to sink my feet into the earth and get into the ocean 🌊
