About Centric Pilates
Exercise Physiologist Rosalie Prout and Pilates Instructor Ce O’Donnell have created Centric Pilates. The keen Pilates enthusiasts both hold a Diploma in contemporary Pilates and have years of experience between them.
Centric Pilates is a place for people to focus on their own bodies, improve movement patterns, decrease muscular tension, increase strength and stability and enhance over strength and performance.
We offer small group classes for our mature aged, pregnant and post natal clients as well as general mat and reformer Pilates classes for male and females.
Our classes and appointments can be booked online through our website or the mindbody app. For people who are new to Pilates we recommend a private Pilates session before entering a small group class.
