Finally a daytime breathwork group!! So happy to be able to provide for those of you who have been messaging, saying you so desperately want to come & do breathwork, but can’t make the night time groups.

Come in your lunch break, while the kids are at preschool/school, or leave them with a family member.

Bring your friends, work colleagues, family or come alone.

Starting next week Tues 12:30pm. But vote in the comments below for the time/day that suits you best & will see what we can do for future sessions!

I just wanted to jump on & wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported my business this year. Whether it’s liking, commenting on or sharing posts & stories, telling your friends & fam about me, putting my cards or posters in your shops, coming to breathwork or nutrition sessions, buying drops, buying gift vouchers etc etc. None of it goes unnoticed & any support no matter how little, helps me to be able to keep doing what I’m doing.

I’m so grateful to everyone I get to meet, support, hold space for on this journey. Thank you for trusting me & for your patience with my neurospicy brain & attempts to juggle 5 kids & a biz 🤣.

Thinking of anyone whose Christmas is looking different this year, who are missing loved ones or who is finding this time of year challenging for various reasons. Please be kind to yourself, know that you are never alone, & that nothing is more important than your wellbeing.

Here’s to a wonderful break, whatever that looks like for you. Looking forward to releasing some dates for 2026 sessions & sharing some of the new offerings I have planned.

Ready for me to blow your mind??

Your perception of the world is dictated by the stories you tell yourself… AND… Those stories are often unconscious & formed before you were even 7yrs old. 🤯

As kids we are egotistical, the world revolves around us & we aren’t able to see other people’s perspectives. So we create stories about our reality, stories that are stored in our subconscious & stories we carry with us now into adulthood. We often aren’t even aware of them & yet they dictate how we view the world & our experiences 😔

UNTIL we are ready to face them, acknowledge where they came from & let them go so that we can create new stories. 🙌🏼

Those stories are individual to your circumstances as a kid, despite for most of us having loving parents who did the best they could with what they had (these stories are often generational & handed down from one generation to the next).

Whatever the story is…
* I’m not enough
* I am weak/sick/fat/ugly/poor
* I can never do anything right
* I will only be loved if please others or be the good girl/boy
* Bad things always happen to me
* People always leave me
… your body will unconsciously be looking for proof that that story exists in your current life.. even if there is so much evidence that the contrary is true. 🎤🫳

But what do you do about it then??

The how.. Get curious. Start to think about why you do the things you do & where that might have started. Notice the stories you tell yourself. It can be hard to face the things we didn’t get that we needed, but man it is so empowering to realise that you have the power to give those things to yourself now as an adult.

The why… those generational cycles will continue to get passed down to your kids & grandkids if you don’t, and you have the power to rewrite their future.

Need help… reach out. Breathwork is a beautiful way to connect to your inner child, let go of old stories & start writing new ones. 🫁🙏🏼💫
