For most women, menopause can affect how your body feels and responds and it doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you.

At Mojo-Reboot Seminar, we talk openly about:
📌what’s actually happening in your body,

📌why it’s common, and

📌what you can do to support your body through this stage of life

Yes, menopause changes a lot for us as women, but losing your confidence, comfort, and pleasure in the bedroom doesn’t have to be one of them.

If you’ve been told to “just live with it,” this is your reminder that you have options.

On February 7 & 14, I’m hosting an in-person Mojo Reboot Seminar — a safe, honest space for women in their 40s and beyond to talk about pelvic health, confidence, intimacy, and feeling like yourself again.

Menopause doesn’t just affect hot flushes or moods. It changes your joints too.

This is something so many women brush off as ‘normal aging,’ but understanding the why is the first step to relief.

Here’s why your body feels different 👇

🧬 When estrogen drops, your joints lose some of their natural cushioning and lubrication. That means more friction and more inflammation which feels like stiffness or ache.

💪 Estrogen also helps keep muscle mass up. As it falls, muscles shrink, and your joints end up carrying more of the load.

🦴 And then there’s bone health. During menopause, bones thin faster, which makes joints less shock-absorbent and a little more sensitive.

All of these changes together explains why so many women suddenly feel those nagging aches creep in during midlife.

That’s exactly what we talk about inside the Pause Posse community where I share real strategies, resources, and support so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

📢 Ladies, if you’re over 40 and intimacy doesn’t feel the same anymore, this is for you.

Many women quietly wonder, “Is this just ageing… or is something wrong with me?”

You may have noticed:
• Less sensation
• Little or no arousal
• More discomfort
• Feeling disconnected from your desire

Here’s what most women are never told 👇

Midlife changes like perimenopause and menopause can weaken the pelvic floor muscles that play a huge role in arousal, sensation, and sexual response.

The good news? This isn’t permanent.

Join me in Dubbo for Mojo Reboot — a private, in-person seminar for women over 40 who want real answers and a clear path back to pleasure, confidence, and connection.

You’ll learn:
✨ How perimenopause and menopause impacts intimacy
✨ The role of the pelvic floor in arousal and sensation
✨ How BTL Emsella, a non-invasive pelvic floor therapy, is helping women restore sensation
✨ Practical steps to reconnect with your spark

Let 2026 be the year you get your mojo back. Click on the link in bio to reserve a slot.
