Yesterday, while sitting at home procrastinating over changes I knew needed to be made in my business, a dragonfly appeared inside my house.

All doors and windows were closed… and yet there it was, flying straight toward me and landing above my desk where my computer sits. I acknowledged it, thanked it, and immediately felt the message behind it:
You are safe. Keep moving forward.

Spiritually, dragonflies are symbols of change, transformation, clarity, and lightness of being. They often appear when we’re being encouraged to trust the process and step into the next chapter, even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain.

Seconds later, as I sat down at my computer, I noticed the time was 2:22.

In numerology, 222 is a sign of alignment, reassurance, and divine support. A reminder that you are exactly where you need to be and that unseen hands are guiding you along the way.

For me, the message was clear:
It is safe to evolve.
It is safe to shift direction.
It is safe to honour my gifts and continue offering love, guidance and healing in the way I’m being called to.

So now I ask you…

Are you noticing your signs?
Are you listening when Spirit whispers?
Are you trusting what’s being shown to you?

✨ Capturing the beauty around us ✨
Over the years I’ve loved taking my camera out and letting it guide me back into the present moment. There’s something so grounding about holding a camera in your hands, slowing down, noticing the light, the colours, the tiny details we usually rush past.

These photos are little glimpses of the beauty Australia gifts us when we pause long enough to see it. For me, photography has become a quiet ritual… a way to step out of the hustle, release the stress and noise, and reconnect back into myself.

It’s amazing how healing it can be to simply stop, breathe, and capture the moment you’re standing in. I hope these images remind you to find a little stillness too.

What an absolute honour it was to be invited as a guest speaker at the Women Who Feast luncheon today ✨

A heartfelt thank you to Jess for creating such a beautiful and sacred space for women to come together and to my fellow speakers Courtney and Sheila , it was a true joy to share that soul-nourishing energy alongside you both.

The room was filled with the most radiant, open-hearted women, each carrying her own light, wisdom, and story. The energy that flowed was nothing short of magical… so much warmth, divine connection, and gentle reminders of how powerful it is when women gather in truth and authenticity 🤍

I’m feeling deeply grateful to have shared this space of love, laughter, healing, and soul connection with you all. Thank you for welcoming me so openly and allowing the energy to move, heal, and inspire ✨

✨ This weekend I had the absolute honour of teaching four beautiful ladies their Level One Reiki ✨

It was such a special experience to witness each of them open up to the energy, to their own inner knowing, and to the connection they carry within. 🌿💫

The realisations they had were so powerful, from feeling energy flowing through their hands, to recognising the deep intuition and sensitivity that was already inside them, waiting to be remembered. 💛

I want to congratulate each of these incredible women on receiving their Reiki Level One and stepping into their healing journey. 🙌
