Our herb and veggie gardens are getting a little refresh and we'd love your help! If you have extra herb cuttings, veggie seedlings or easy care edible plants, we'd be so grateful for a donation.
Every plant helps us grow fresh food in our home cooked meals for our guests and their families. 🫛🫜🫚

Happy New Year! For those of you who may have celebrated a little too enthusiastically, here are some wise words from Baz. (Well, not actually Baz’s words, but, watch any dog, and realise that they know everything there is to know about bouncing. Bouncing back after a fall, bouncing on the bed, bouncing zoomies, joy-bouncing, welcome-back-bouncing, ….. all the bouncing you could possibly want - dogs are experts at it.)
Baz is Wedgetail’s resident comfort dog, so he specialises in resilience-bounce; he has a calm, solid, gentle presence, and an amazing instinct for knowing when people need him to be near them. He takes his job in palliative care very seriously and will be continuing to bring his strong, grounded support to Wedgetail this year.

Santa seemed to be having a little nap there in the heat until this crew crashed his Christmas meditation! Do you think they should be on the naughty or nice list?
Thank you SO much to Santa for visiting us at Queen Street op shop on such a hot day, dressed in your best Arctic suit. Phew! You are (literally) a legend! What a great day.
