✨MEET THE TEAM✨ Meet Riley!  Our newest Physio at Duncraig Physio! A passionate physiotherapist and sports enthusiast, Riley holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The University of Notre Dame. With a love for basketball, AFL, and cricket, he’s committed to injury prevention and rehabilitation.
As a trombonist, Riley also specializes in helping musicians recover from postural injuries. He focuses on musculoskeletal rehab, helping clients improve strength, function, and reduce pain.
When not working, Riley enjoys playing basketball, playing with his band, and spending time with family.

✨MEET THE TEAM✨ Meet Shelia! With a Physiotherapy degree from Curtin in 2005 and a background in Exercise Science, Shelia blends clinical expertise with a passion for movement. She specializes in musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on low back and knee injuries and integrates Pilates-based rehab into her treatments.
Beyond the clinic, she’s a Group Fitness Instructor of 18+ years, a run coach, and holds qualifications in Functional Training, Kinesiology Taping & Lymphoedema management. She understands fitness challenges firsthand and is dedicated to helping patients move, feel & live better! 🏃‍♀️
Outside of work- Shelia is super active running, waking up at the crack of dawn to teach her exercise classes or baking, she has a green thumb and enjoys spending time with her family! 🌿👩‍🍳

✨MEET THE TEAM✨ Jess is a Managing Partner at Duncraig Physiotherapy and experienced Physiotherapist. With a double degree in Physiotherapy & Exercise Science, she's also pursuing her Master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy through La Trobe University. Jess has worked with elite athletes, including the WA state hockey and gymnastics teams. She brings personal insight into her treatments from her background in gymnastics and dancing. Jess enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a keen interest on lower limb injuries and rehabilitation particularly the hip. She uses a holistic treatment approach to ensure her clients return to pain-free movement. When she's not working Jess enjoys choreographing gymnastic floor routines, coastal walks and reading.
